Meet Your Health Coach

Hi, I’m Merritt and if you’ve ever felt overwhelmed trying to “get healthy,” constantly starting over, or like wellness just feels exhausting instead of empowering… you’re not alone. I’ve been there too.

My passion for health and wellness started after struggling with my own health challenges and autoimmune issues at a young age. I know what it feels like to want answers, to feel disconnected from your body, and to become overwhelmed by all of the conflicting health advice online. That experience is what led me down a deeper path into nutrition, wellness, mindset, and sustainable healing.

Over time, I realized true wellness isn’t about being perfect. It’s not about extreme routines, cutting everything out, or constantly feeling guilty for not doing “enough.” It’s about learning how to support your body in a realistic, balanced, and sustainable way that actually fits your life.

I earned my B.A. in Psychology from and completed a certification in Designing and Sustaining a Health Behavior Change Plan through Executive Education. I’m also currently pursuing my NBC-HWC certification as I continue building the tools to better support my clients.

My coaching approach combines accountability, mindset, habit change, and realistic wellness strategies that help you feel better long term — not just for a few weeks. I want to help you create routines that feel supportive instead of restrictive and help you build a healthier relationship with yourself along the way.
